Restorative End of Day Practice & Meditation

Join Anusara Yoga teacher, Jacalyn Prete, for a 30 minute restorative practice — perfect to help you unwind at the end of the day or for times when you feel overwhelmed and need to slow down. Start in a reclined and supported badha konasana to release tightness in the chest and groin. From there, move slowly through gentle twists, hip openers and backbends before ending with a guided meditation. Have two blocks, a blanket and a bolster available.
