When practicing yoga, we often focus on the fronts of our bodies, our core, and the places we touch the earth. As a result, the back of the body often takes a back seat (pardon the pun). This flow will reacquaint you with the muscles in the back, particularly those that support the heart space. Learn how to power up the serratus anterior and find new ways to support your practice and take it to new heights (and flights!) Please have one block for this practice.
