Jude Johnson

Jude is a licensed marriage and family therapist and mindfulness-meditation teacher. Jude teaches Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) and other mindfulness programs designed to reduce stress and enhance well-being. Jude became interested in mindfulness while working as a therapist in an alternative school with at-risk youth. There he developed a passion for mindfulness and meditation because of the positive transformations he experienced and observed in these youth. Since 2011, he has been teaching regular mindfulness-meditation groups and providing training to health care providers and businesses. Jude trained at Omega with Jon Kabat-Zinn and Saki Santorelli. Jude also uses mindfulness & meditation in his counseling practice to help people who are feeling stressed, anxious and depressed find more joy and peace in life.
