This meditation begins with a pranayama technique known as Krama, which breaks the ratio of your breath down to fractions. We will break down the exhale, which slows and cools the mind for internal work. You will then be guided through a popular concentration technique, Trataka Meditation. This practice improves eyesight as well as the skill to keep the mind focused on one topic for a long period of time. You will then be guided inward, to work with the spaces between breath and thoughts, into the glorious stillness that dwells in these spaces. Have a blanket available.
