Meditation Technique for Inner Stability

This stabilizing meditation will support your pranic body—your life force—and help to readjust your reactions to fear. As your pranic body expands, you'll cultivate an inner stability that provides access to your wisdom. In this Kundalini meditation, you will experience a potent combination of yogic techniques: mudra (hand position) and pranayama (breath control techniques) in conjunction with yogic body techniques to fulfill its purpose. You can practice this meditation for as short as 3 minutes and up to 11 minutes.
