Last but not least, we have shoulder and skull loops. These are fairly easy to recognize when out of alignment. Think: slumped shoulders and forward head carriage (or, text neck). Shoulder loop invites opening the heart from a place of support and security. From there, skull loop invites you to lift your chin and lengthen your neck. All of this adds up to a good bit of work in the arms and upper body, but the confidence and openness of heart you feel by the end will be well worth the effort, we promise! Have two blocks available.
