As you explore the balance between effort and sensitivity, you'll warm up the hips through variations on side angle pose (utthita parsvakonasana) and wide-legged forward fold (prasarita padottanasana), spiced up with some side-bending action. Moving down to the floor, you'll ease into several hip openers that target the front of the hips and psoas—a frequent storage place for hidden tension—before finishing in a gentle, guided rest.
