Join Adri Kyser as she guides you through a dynamic and empowering Prana Vinyasa Flow. We will work toward a series of arm balances poses to build strength, activate your core, and prepare the body for Astavakrasana. Adri will offer different options (kramas) so you can adjust your practice according to your needs. You will see a variety of students practicing different options during the class. Practice this flow consistently and in no time Astavakrasana (Eight Limb Pose) will be an accessible part of your practice. Have a block and strap available.
