The basics of mindful movement – a yoga-inspired movement flow that will give you
insight into the mental and emotional connections to the body. This class will
incorporate basic/beginner yoga (options given for experienced practitioners) with basic
tai chi, Qi Gong. Class will include option of mindfulness meditation instruction,
visualization, and breathing practice. This class is designed to bring deeper connection
to the internal state of being; allowing those seeking stress reduction, greater focus, or
better mind-body connection to really dive deeper into their intention!
