Can't touch your toes? Stop trying, and lengthen your hamstrings instead. In this short online yoga tutorial, Stacey Rosenberg will show you how to open your hamstrings and free your lower back. Learn how to modify and work effectively in a standing forward bend while you are in class, plus use this short sequence to help you bring more freedom and ease to your body. Before you know it, you will be touching the ground! Have two blocks or be near a wall or low table for support.
