Founded in 2008, NoDa Yoga is proud to have started from grassroots beginnings. NoDa Yoga is an all-female owned yoga studio located in the heart of Charlotte NC's thriving Historic Arts District. NoDa Yoga strives to be an entity of healing, health, acceptance, and joy. This unique studio is known for it’s personalized instruction that meets each student where he/she is that day.
