I was disappointed this wasn't a true yin class, but more of a slow flow/restorative class. The class was good, but I wish it was labeled differently. (Posted on 11/30/2013)

This is a wonderful series of Yin classes (1-3), the sequencing is designed beautifully, the movements are calm and fluid and the teacher's voice is soothing and measured. I have done class 1 and 2 (this one has slight audio issues) and can't wait to do class 3. Thank you for including Yin into your lineup of classes, this is the style that I do the most (sprinkled in with some light vinyasa) during longer distance running training phases.
