Holistic class with balances and twists Review by Julie
A pretty comprehensive practice but some quick instructions that were tricky to follow. I recommend keeping facing front when the class turns around to do the opposite side, so you can still look at the video. A few balances and twists with other common poses. I chose this under a twist focus, but it was more holistic, which I enjoyed anyway! (Posted on 6/6/2018)

Slower paced flow. I got confused a few times when facing the back of the mat facing away from the screen and could have benefitted from more explicit cuing. (Posted on 6/1/2016)
