Simple chair yoga for neck, shoulders and wrists. This online yoga sequence was designed for those of us who spend a lot of time sitting, driving, or at a computer. It aims to open up the joints in the shoulders and wrists while stretching the delicate muscles in the neck. This practice is done mostly seated in a chair and is suitable for beginners and people with knee or ankle injuries who have trouble standing. All you need is a chair and a towel (for when we lie on the floor). This sequence can be done at home, in the office, at the airport, anywhere you want! (28 mins.)

I like the first 15-20 minutes or so, walking through the arms, neck, legs, back from the seated position. I think there's too much time spent just laying on the floor in the last 10 minutes, so I usually do the first 20 minutes and skip the last bit. Highly recommend for people who sit at a desk all day!
