Vicky Tu

Hi there! My name is Vicky. I am a certified yoga teacher, a passionate animal lover, and a PhD in behavior neuroscience. I completed my 200-hour yoga teacher training in 2019 and further finished the training on teaching yoga to athletes in 2020. Thanks to my academic background, I am particularly interested in exploring how human body works and how yoga can help prevent injuries, enhance physical/mental well-being, and make you feel good. I enjoy sharing “fun facts” on why we do what we do in layman’s terms when we approach it in a yoga context. I would love to create a safe and calm place for us to practice, learn, and grow together, on and off the mat.
