Excellent, excellent, excellent. A real relief of the upper body and the shoulders. I have a very painfull problem in my shoulder ( subacromial bursitis) and this slow flow stretching helped me experience a real tension relief. Thank you Stacey. I wish you can provide more classes AND ALTERNATIVES for dealing with such pain issues (cannot chaturanga anymore) (Posted on 8/25/2015)

Quality
There were some problems with the sound cutting for a few seconds here and there throughout the practice. It was enough to be a touch distracting, though not enough to get one confused over what was happening in the practice. Otherwise, this was a nice practice and my shoulders feel much looser afterwards. (Posted on 6/23/2015)
