This routine is a great one to do if you don't have a lot of time but you want to feel like you've done something. It's only 15 minutes, but it's enough to get your blood flowing! (Posted on 9/21/2016)

Some days I feel like doing a more restorative or yin practice, particularly on a day I run or a long stressful day. Some days I just don't have much time. This practice is a great complement for one of those days when I don't have the energy or time for a more active and muscular full-length yoga class. No need to neglect my core on a busy day! The first half was not super easy, but not too tough. The second half turned it up a notch. Good short class! (Posted on 7/3/2015)
