Kim Sin

Kim teaches an accessible style of Vinyasa and Hatha yoga and presents it in a way that is approachable, effective, memorable, and fun. For the last ten years, she and a team of corporate yoga teachers have delivered traditional yoga and meditation with an innovative approach to almost 400 companies around the globe. As a teacher, Kim aims to be in tune with her students' needs--whether it be mental calm through guided meditation, more focus and stability through an alignment based strengthening practice, or stress reduction through a mellow, stretch-focused class. She holds a 500 hour certification and has trained under some of the world's leading educators including Jason Crandell and Alexandria Crow. Her work has appeared on the cover of Yoga Journal, in Om Yoga Magazine, and online at MindBodyGreen. Kim is proud to serve as the Director of Corporate Partnerships at YogaVibes.
