Jenifer Harbour, (Anusara Certified and Yoga Alliance Registered Teacher (E-RYT 500 & YACEP) began the practice of Yoga in 2005, continued in-depth study of Yoga in 2006 with Karen Sprute-Francovich and completed her initial teacher training 2007. She has since completed two Advanced Teacher Training programs at Garden Street and continues to study deeply and widely. Her life-long studentship keeps her teaching fresh and informed. This is a breath of fresh air! It is wonderful the combination of asana movements with the Anusara alignment and philosophy. Really helps to match the headspace with the heart and body. Especially helpful to lengthen side body. Jen's transmission is so bright, and her instruction and reminders are on-point. The knot in my stomach is fading fast. (Posted on 12/27/2019)
