Hala Khouri, M.A., SEP, E-RYT has been teaching yoga and the movement arts for over 20 years. She earned her B.A. in Psychology from Columbia University and her M.A. in Counseling Psychology from Pacifica Graduate Institute, where she is also currently pursuing her Ph.D. in Depth Psychology with a specialization in Community, Liberation, & Ecopsychology. That was absolutely lovely. I'm a bit blissed out now. It wasn't quite what I expected, but that was probably good. This is my first class with this instructor and I will be taking more. Probably not for you though if you don't like a lot of talking. Also, there is music that is part of the class that one can't hear on the video. It would be better if there was a direct audio connect to the music. (Posted on 7/23/2014)
