I stumbled upon this class after a hard day and it was exactly what I needed. Slow flow, the overall movements were not too intense, they were strengthening and calming. Christi works with your third chakra in this class and incorporates different movements to cut out the energy that doesn't serve you. I loved cutting out my negative energy left over from the day! If you were like me before this class, a little burnt out and trying to get though your day this class is for you because it totally changed my perspective.
