Great intense class packed into a short 30min workout! Definitely fast passed & heat producing. Had a hard time with my breath and tempo, but do have a sinus infection so that most definitely contributed to the difficulty. Got a great sweat going as I usually do with Lauren's classes, which I love about her! Exactly what I was looking for tonight! I will for sure be doing this one regularly to build that endurance and strength so I can do the class with more ease. A new goal. Thank you Lauren! Namaste :-* (Posted on 3/2/2016)
