I can’t make the class live. Will there be a recording of the class to watch later?
Unfortunately, we are not sending out recordings at this time. If you would like to see this feature in the future, please submit feedback throughthis form.
I signed up for a live class but couldn’t attend. Can I get a refund?
At this time, we are not giving out refunds once a class is purchased. We encourage our users to treat the livestream classes as they would a typical studio class, most of which do not accept cancelations within 24 hours. If there are extenuating circumstances, please contact our Customer Service representative by emailing [email protected].
My audio/video isn’t working properly.
Check to ensure your internet connection is stable. If the problem persists, you may need to try re-entering the class using the same link as before.
