Do I need to download Zoom to watch live classes?

Can I purchase a live class for someone else?

I can’t make the class live. Will there be a recording of the class to watch later?

    • Unfortunately, we are not sending out recordings at this time. If you would like to see this feature in the future, please submit feedback through this form.

I signed up for a live class but couldn’t attend. Can I get a refund?

    • At this time, we are not giving out refunds once a class is purchased. We encourage our users to treat the livestream classes as they would a typical studio class, most of which do not accept cancelations within 24 hours. If there are extenuating circumstances, please contact our Customer Service representative by emailing [email protected].

My audio/video isn’t working properly.

    • Check to ensure your internet connection is stable. If the problem persists, you may need to try re-entering the class using the same link as before.
