GETTING STARTED WITH YOGAVIBES 

YogaVibes welcomes members from all yoga levels. In fact, it is designed to be as beneficial for the novice as it is the expert, and it’s up to you on how you want to practice. When you’re not practicing with us, you can stay motivated by reading our blog, Vibe On. 

HOW TO USE YOUR YOGAVIBES.COM ACCOUNT 

  1. Log in to your account using the MyAccount link at the top right of YogaVibes.com 
  2. After logging in to your account you will have access to your subscription, or to any OnDemand classes that you’ve purchased a la carte. At this point you’ll be directed to the Choose a Class page. 
  3. To view the full library of YogaVibes classes, visit the On-Demand Videos tab on the top left-hand corner. 
  4. To sign up for Live Online Classes, browse the schedule and sign up accordingly. A reminder email will be sent out 15 minutes before class begins. If you are still having issues after following these instructions, please contact Customer Support at [email protected] for assistance 

HOW CAN I CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE FOR SUPPORT? 

You can contact our Member Experience team at [email protected] or contact us and we're happy to help! Our team is available Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5 pm EST. 

CAN I TRANSFER MY ACCOUNT TO SOMEONE ELSE? 

Accounts are non-transferable, but you can certainly refer your friends to sign-up! 

DO YOU OFFER GIFT CERTIFICATES? 

Yes, YogaVIbes does offer gift certificates.

HELP! I GOT AN EMAIL SAYING MY CREDIT CARD WAS DECLINED 

This may happen when billing addresses are entered incorrectly, so please try updating your card info first. Your membership should reset within a few minutes if the updated info is accepted. Still having trouble? Reach out to [email protected] for assistance.

CAN I JUST BUY A PASS TO DROP-IN ON A LIVESTREAM CLASS AND NOT PURCHASE A MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTION? 

Absolutely! You can purchase a pass to a livestream class without purchasing a monthly subscription. Go to our LIVE ONLINE CLASS section to see what livestream classes are available to fit your schedule. Please note, customers with monthly subscriptions can attend livestream classes for free. 

WHERE CAN I FIND AN INVOICE? 

Each billing cycle, you'll receive an invoice from YogaVibes. If not, you can email [email protected] with the charge invoice you would like to see and we can take care of the rest!

I’M HAVING TROUBLE LOGGING INTO MY YOGAVIBES.COM ACCOUNT. HELP! 

If you’re having trouble logging in, please make sure you are using the correct email address and password. You may log in using your email address or username. If you’ve forgotten your password, no need to fret, simply reset it here

HOW OLD DO I HAVE TO BE TO PARTICIPATE? 

Our members have to be 18 years and older to sign up for an account. 

CAN I TRY YOGAVIBES IF I AM PREGNANT? 

We've had many moms-to-be participate throughout their pregnancy, but please consult your physician beforehand. 

I HAVE A PRE-EXISTING MEDICAL CONDITION, CAN I STILL TRY YOGAVIBES? 

If you have a pre-existing medical condition, it is always best to consult a doctor. Your safety is our utmost concern so make sure to take care of yourself! 

WHAT DO I DO IF THE AUDIO AND VIDEO GET OUT OF SYNC ON THE VIDEOS? 

If your video and audio are out of sync, please contact Customer Support at [email protected] for assistance. In your email please provide us with the name of the video, your operating system (Windows XP, etc.), Web browser and Web browser version. The more info you can send, the better able we are to identify the problem and fix it. 

WHO DO I CONTACT IF I WANT TO NOMINATE A STUDIO OR INSTRUCTOR TO BECOME A YOGAVIBES.COM PARTNER? 

Fill out the "Contact Us" form in the upper right-hand corner of the site. Include as much information as possible. 

WHO DO I CONTACT IF I AM A STUDIO OWNER OR INSTRUCTOR AND WOULD LIKE TO BECOME A YOGAVIBES.COM PARTNER? 

Fill out the "Contact Us" form from the link in the upper right-hand corner of the site.
