In this transformative series, we blend the healing power of Yin Yoga to release tension in the fascial tissues, fostering physical and emotional well-being. Through long-held (3-5 minutes), passive postures, you'll access the deeper layers of the physical body, allowing for greater flexibility and relief from chronic tightness. Suitable for all levels, each session invites you to explore at your own pace, with variations offered. The sessions incorporates mindful breathwork, guiding you to connect with the heart-brain coherence, a practice that harmonizes your emotional and mental states. By learning to regulate from within, you'll cultivate a deeper sense of peace, balance, and resilience both on and off the mat. Perfect for those seeking not only physical release but also a deeper emotional reset.
