During this class Adrian will allow you to take our time to break down the postures and cover the basics. The pace and structure of class will be skillfully adapted to student’s needs. Suitable for beginners to Ashtanga Yoga, ideal if you have already done some yoga but are new to this style or coming back to practice after a break or injury.

Engaged in the realm of personal development for a decade, I have
dedicated over 8 years to practicing various styles of yoga, with
Ashtanga standing out as one of my favorites. Currently, I conduct
weekly yoga classes online, a shift necessitated by the challenges posed
by Covid-19.
