Anna has been a Licensed Massage and Bodywork Therapist for 10 years, and a Thai Bodywork Practitioner for 6 years. Her background and teaching style are focused on bringing awareness to the body, using anatomical cues and terminology to empower others to understand and discover their own bodies. She believes movement is for every body. Anna has an A.S. in Culinary Arts from Johnson & Wales in Charlotte, NC and a B.A. in Environmental Studies from Winthrop University in Rock Hill, SC. She served 2 years with FoodCorps, a partner in the AmeriCorps service network, in Charlotte, NC.
