Yoga for Scorpio Season 🦂

Scorpio season runs from October 23 to November 21st. What exactly does this mean for your yoga practice? Scorpio’s are known for their passion, loyalty, focus, bravery and ambition. We can harness this energy in our yoga practice to workshop a new pose or simply re-commit to a daily practice. Here’s a few ways that we suggest bringing Scorpio season into your practice: 

  • Create a new habit with our Yoga 101 experience. This 5 class series is great for new and experienced yogis alike. Each practice in this series takes you through a different set of poses that focus on specific body parts. It’s a great way to ease into a daily practice. 
  • Scorpios are known for being fearlessy curious. Cultivate this trait in Funky Fun Flow with Missy White, a challenging level 3 vinyasa flow class that will introduce you to new variations on common poses. With many variations on inversions, you’ll need to muster up your bravery for this one!
  • It wouldn’t be Scorpio season without Scorpion pose! This pose takes strength, practice and focus — a great one to practice with the energy of the current season. We suggest Hip Flexors, Heart Opener and Inversions with Laura Burkhart, a 75 minute flow that builds up to forearm stand and scorpion pose!
