Beginner yoga – where to start? 

When it comes to beginner yoga, we recommend starting with a gentle practice, and slowly working your way up to more complex routines. Consider taking classes that focus on the basics of yoga – that way, you can build a strong foundation before jumping into advanced practices. 

Try pranayama 

One of the most basic elements of yoga is a concept known as pranayama, or breath control. If you’re a complete newbie when it comes to yoga, try going through some pranayama exercises to help ease you into the relaxed, controlled state of mind that yoga requires. 

Incorporate mindfulness into your practice

Speaking of mindset, yoga is all about becoming more in tune with your mind, body, and spirit. A great way to do that for beginners is to focus on mindfulness as a part of your beginner yoga routine.
