Free Fireside Chat with Mindfulness Expert Mark Coleman and August is National Wellness Month!

August is quickly approaching and it is National Wellness Month! This is a great time to focus on self-care, managing stress, and promoting healthy routines. We recommend implementing healthy habits in your lifestyle all month long. Research has shown self-care helps manage stress while promoting happiness. Whether you challenge yourself to a new yoga pose or try a new meditation technique, making small, but regular changes can impact your health in bountiful ways!

To offer you insight on Mindfulness so you may add it to your self-care routine, I invite you to a fireside chat with our esteemed guest, Mark Coleman. Mark is a Mindfulness Expert and is skilled at making the ancient practices of Mindfulness applicable to modern life. He founded The Mindfulness Institute, where he has brought mindfulness training programs to companies and the nonprofit sector across North America and Europe. Mark is a trainer for the Search Inside Yourself Leadership Institute, developed at Google and teaches their teacher trainings. He also holds a MA in Clinical Psychology and draws on his extensive experience in working with people as a therapist and coach.
