For the beginner yogi: Start your journey with Sarah Staniek’s Yoga 101 or Sarah Faircloth’s Foundation of Yoga experience. Both of these courses introduce you to poses commonly found in all levels yoga classes and will lay the groundwork for a lasting practice. 


For the intermediate yogi: Try Chakra Journey with Kat Schamens. Each of the seven classes in this series focuses on a different chakra. You’ll learn more about the properties of each chakra as you practice asana and breath work intended to balance them — all while maintaining a fun and challenging vinyasa flow practice! 


For the advanced yogi: Roll out your mat and press play on Funkify Your Flow.  This 5 day series will take your practice up a notch with challenging transitions and advanced variations on typical arm balances and inversions. The most important reminder with this one is to be playful and have fun! 


For Everyone: Yup, we said it, everyone! Our Mindfulness Meditation for Beginners series is truly for everyone.  This six day series guides you through six different meditation techniques so that you have a foundation for a lasting seated practice. When beginning (or revisiting) a meditation practice don’t worry about “getting it right,” with regular practice, you will soon enjoy a calmer, more focused mind.
