Thanks Gigi! This really helped me after my move yesterday---after lifting heavy boxes just breathing and focusing on this area with intention was exactly what I needed. Thank you so much for this class. For some odd reason, I experienced tears at the end of the session. Incredible stress relief for me.
Gigi, I can't thank you enough for your presentation demeanor. You are a wonderful and comforting presence.
I discovered this website through a newspaper article which focused on way to relieve stress in the upcoming holidays. This is the first day of my free trial session and I already know I will be signing up for monthly access.
