Luscious!!!! Great low back focus.

Also, this is a true Restorative Yoga practice. For some reason many other styles such as Gentle Yoga, Easy Does It, and even Vinyasa are being labeled as Restorative, but this one is the real-deal, traditional Restorative style. It was fabulous! (Posted on 10/10/2014)
