Not every class needs to contain sun salutations! And for athletes, sun salutations can be frustrating and difficult. In this medium-spicy practice from day 2 of Sage's 2016 Teaching Yoga to Athletes intensive, we find ways to work around the typical vinyasa template while building balance in the body.
