I love Shalas teaching style, which brings a beautiful awareness to subtle internal energy, along with the physical practice. A great class for transitioning out of a busy day, beginning with slow floor-based flow before moving into holds I, too wish the audiio was better. (Posted on 2/9/2014)

Great class. I enjoyed listening to the teacher's voice and instructions, and this is beautiful Yin sequence. The only distracting part is the audio quality, it changes and you can hear audible shifts and microphone moving sounds especially in the beginning and a bit during the rest of the video.
