This is a great class for calming down and also stretching the hips and lower back. When I've had a really stressful week and am at my breaking point, this is really what I need to calm down and restore my body before bed. She has a great calming tone and there's a nice mix of stretches that are well paced - and not too slow or too fast for me. (Posted on 5/26/2016)
