100% this is geared for beginners and a true Level 1 class like you would see in a long time studio. These are perfect for me as I am recovering from some surgeries and not super mobile or energetic. Another thing I love is that he allows for BREATHING! Yes, he does talk pretty much the entire time, but each word is well chosen and many beginners get bored and "mind-wander" without that guidance. For me, this is so relaxing and a JOYOUS way to work at getting my body and energy recovered. BEAUTIFUL! Sending Thanksgiving week GRATITUDE for this!
