Hello! My name is Lydia Martin. I am a Yoga Alliance certified yoga instructor with over 2000 hours of studio, workshop, gym, and virtual teaching experience. My yoga journey began in 2013 while I was looking for a low impact exercise to help my aches and pains from years of dancing. I joined my local yoga studio and fell in love.
