It took me a little while to appreciate this class. It felt more like level 1 than 2...rather easy to do. Good stretching especially in neglected areas like the neck. The instructor has a peaceful sense about her. I probably just needed to add a few down dogs to the front to stretch my back in the morning....but i get it that this IS Pilates and not yoga:) (Posted on 2/3/2014)
