After a stressful day, I was looking for a practice that was about twenty minutes long that could help me relax. This one fit the bill and contributed to a very restful night's sleep as well. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is due to the frequent re-positioning--I found that to be somewhat distracting. (Posted on 9/17/2013)

Love this restorative practice. There's a bit of set up and positioning that even an experience yogi might need to think about first. Joan does a good job of explaining, but I'd suggest being ready to pause and/or rewind to make sure everything as she instructs.

You'll need at least two blankets, a bolster, a strap and optionally some blocks.
