What's Included:
This is a short, gentle prenatal yoga practice to activate your body while connecting to the light growing within you. Take care of and nurture yourself and your unborn child from an intuitive place of love. Connect to your breath while you open your shoulders, heart, hips and legs. Plus enjoy a deep relaxation and brief meditation. Have two blocks and two blankets available.
