Too much instruction and direction for when I'm feeling really anxious Review by Erica

I typically really like Joan Hyman's classes, but for this one -- when I'd likely do it to relieve deep stress, anxiety or overstimulation -- it felt like there was too much instruction at times, and that felt stressful. Or perhaps there was just enough instruction needed for the different kinds of breaths she was taking us through...but it was too much for me. (Posted on 6/15/2017)
