Forrest Yoga is the reason I signed up on this website. This class is a treasure. Such an amazing opening and balanced feeling with excellent cuing by Ana. All of her classes are so fundamentally strong and pertinent to healing your body from current living stresses. It's not fluff. I can't say enough. (Posted on 5/23/2014)

I've been doing the 30 minute Strength of Spirit (don't quote me on that title) video, and decided to step up my yoga. This video made me determined to be able to complete these moves flawlessly, and I now have a goal to strive for! (Posted on 9/4/2012)
