Welcome to a series that will take you through the basics of the level 2 Align and Flow syllabus. You will be guided through the full range of intermediate level poses. These classes are challenging, yet the accessible teaching style of step-by-step instructions will make the poses approachable. The entire series is broken into 8 classes.

Class 3: In this class, we will focus on hand balances, hip openers and hamstrings: Insects (Tittibhasana), Monkeys (Hanumanasana) and Peacocks (Pincha Mayurasana). Have a strap and blanket available.
