Nice Challenge for Experienced Yogis Review by Kaylee
This sequence was unique, fast paced and fun! I wish that more time would've been spent in some of the opening postures to reap the full benefit of them instead of feeling rushed. Overall a fun challenge if you've been working on the mat for several years and want to try something different! (Posted on 12/27/2020)
Fun, Interesting Flows Review by Erica
I love the somewhat unique flows here -- unexpected and slightly challenging which made it fun. I wish her tone/intonation had been a bit more engaging/upbeat. Her intonation felt very humdrum to me, making the flow feel a bit more like a drag than it could have been. (Posted on 5/20/2019)
It's challenging, but it works! Review by Sara
I stream this from my TV, and while it's challenging, it gives me a goal to look forward to in this journey. Thanks for creating this! (Posted on 4/4/2019)
Good sequence, unclear directions Review by Brittany
A good sequence, but the cues were often both muffled and unclear. Very difficult to follow along without gluing my eyes to the screen. Make sure you have the video easy to see from nearly every angle of your mat. (Posted on 11/9/2018)
