Moon Salutation Review by Kiesha
I love the Yin energy of a moon salutation to balance out the Yang energy of Sun Salutation. This sequence is calming and a great way to move the body without over exertion before bed. Also this sequence is different from the classic moon salutation sequence, which has longer holds and can be a little too intense for bedtime. Thank you! (Posted on 9/15/2020)

This class is just what I need at the end of a long day. It's so relaxing and meditative, and Carrie's voice is soothing and calming. Definitely recommend having a block on hand - I found it extremely useful for the second half of the practice. I always pause the video around the nadi shodana and do a few extra rounds before going in to the cooling poses. (Posted on 9/13/2020)
