Slow Flow that Built Heat Review by Kiesha
I was excited to see Michelle as a teacher on YogaVibes. I met her a few years ago at an event called Amplify & Activate in Charlotte, NC. Her book Skill In Action is a great quick read intersecting yoga and social justice. I was sweating by the 30 minute mark of class through slow mindful creative movement. The remainder dips in energy drastically. (Posted on 7/31/2020)

This is one of my favorite online classes. Michelle has such a calming presence, and allows for a slow, yet demanding practice. She is very respectful of everyone's space and silence. (Posted on 10/27/2013)
