Taj Paxton
A strong but compassionate teacher, Taj Paxton holds certifications from YogaWorks and the Kripalu Center for Yoga Health. Since 2001, she has taught yoga and meditation to thousands of students, from famous faces to members of the California Social Workers Union to victims of Hurricane Katrina at a retreat for surviving PTSD. She has been featured in LA Yoga Magazine, on VH1's Celebrity Fit Club and NBC's YourLA. Taj is the creator of the Hollywood Zen workshop series, teaching people how to stay sane and successful in Hollywood.
