This class is staying true to the yoga nidra that I took in NYC with Sri Dharma Mittra. Highly recommended ... especially for a body that is restricted from practicing Asana (yoga posture) and/or meditation. This is a great one to calm the body and mind in order to relax. (Posted on 1/2/2013)
