A self-described anatomy nerd, Lisa Long is a movement teacher committed to helping individuals move well, breathe well, and be well. She has spent the last 30 years developing wellness and education programs with healthcare networks, fitness facilities, and global non-profits, and is currently passionate about her work to help others enjoy a long life filled with vitality.

Lisa is an Anusara Certified yoga teacher, IAYT Certified Yoga Therapist, YACEP, and Pilates Comprehensive Certified instructor. She has led yoga therapy teacher trainings, topic specific workshops, and yoga teacher trainings up to the 500 hour level.
